RESUMEN

El cáncer de mama en la mujer es una enfermedad cargada de paradigmas y un problema grave de salud. Es importante conocer su historia natural, recordar que es de origen multicausal y entender su comportamiento, desde sus factores de riesgo hasta la muerte por las metástasis en el huésped. Se efectuó una revisión bibliográfica y analítica que actualiza los conceptos relacionados con sus orígenes, evolución, horizonte preclínico y manifestaciones clínicas, hasta llegar al deceso del huésped.

ABSTRACT

Breast women cancer is a disease with a lot of paradigms; then, it is a big problem of health. It is important to know its nature history, because breast cancer has a multifactor onset; therefore, we have to understand its behavior, since its risks factors, until patient’s death by metastatic disease in the host. In this work we made a bibliography, analytic review that brings up concepts related since theirs sources, evolution, preclinical horizon, and clinical symptoms to the dead of host.
